How does one do a video web cam call to a friend with good sound and video? - video web server
We both have webcams. I suspect, because they may need to subscribe to a service or charge for a change, as you would a normal call long distance. I'm looking for video and audio quality.

popular IM clients, this feature, Windows Live! and Yahoo are my favorites. Windows Live longer, because the batteries in your cam chat window. And no, there is no punishment or money required to make calls when you try something like the PC, then without charge.
I also use Yahoo Messenger and MSN very well for me in conference calls between the United States with my honey in Iraq.
