If you have other symptoms such as high blood pressure or swelling in other areas, such as hands or face?

I had inflammation inside and outside of my pregnancy and I have a doctor who told me that if the inflammation is limited to my feet, without other symptoms, then there is no reason for concern.

If you see your face or hands, swelling or other symptoms, and then I suggest you call your health as quickly as possible.

Some tips to ease the swelling to lay down your feet up when you've been up all day running when you sitting all day (which was my main problem and contributed to the swelling immediately) Drink plenty of fluids (to promote of the clean your system) may promote inflammation, dehydration, swimming (the water pressure will force your body of excess fluid in the feet) back into the bloodstream.

Hope this helps!
